Hazy pale golden with rich firm head. Fairly sweet. Malty, soft and rounded. Grassy hops lead to a bitter, salty finish. A good helles, but the combination of sweet and bitter gives a light touch of metal. joergen (6814), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 25, 2007 Draught at the brewpub.
Cloudy yellow coloured with a creamy white head.
Malty aroma of grain, hay and hops.
Flavour of malts, grain, hay and hops.
Hoppy finish. MiP (6289), Flensburg, Germany Nov 27, 2008 Draught, 4.7% at the brewpub. Good bready aroma, citric aroma hops. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Stable plasticky white head, giving the frothy mouthfeel I do not particularly like. The flavour is OK bready. Medium bitterness, rough in an OK way. Hint of soft fruit in the finish. Comments: A better hop bite than most and certainly drier as well, yet still fine bodied, unfiltered and pleasant helles.

Slightly hazy golden color, small white head, lace. Light grassy hoppy aroma. Light citric hops, lemony aftertaste. Quite hoppy for being typical "helles" - more like pils. Drinkable.
