Hazy pale golden with rich firm head. Fairly sweet. Malty, soft and rounded. Grassy hops lead to a bitter, salty finish. A good helles, but the combination of sweet and bitter gives a light touch of metal.

Jul 21, 2008 On draught at the brewpub: golden, firm lacy and creamy white head; solid hoppy (Saaz !) and sweet-malty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; distinctive sweet-malty finish with a hoppy-aromatic aftertaste. A very good Pils.............

Dec 18, 2004 Aroma is light sourly with a light hope note. Pale yellow, very cloudy, velvety foam. Herbal taste, fruity with a lemon note. Strong bitterness in the finish, light dryness.

Jul 16, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Clear yellow/golden - white head. Bread, grainy, straw, crispy, brown sugar, nice hoppy. Nice beer.
