Aroma of sour and oak . Flavor of chocolate , sour and bitter. Dry taste. Low carb. Oak. odd aftertaste . I keep tasting tobacco or worchesteir ? Vinegar. Not my style but all beer is good

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. The bourbon barrel aging dominates this brew. Massive bourbon smells up front with some chocolate. The taste is also strong bourbon with some vanilla and wood. There is a light note of caramel. The body was deep brown with a rusty colored edge.
