On tap at the brewbup. Clear copper with a thin tan head and little carbonation. Some lace. Clean woody piney minty hop aroma with a fair caramel backbone. Clean lager flavors and quite bitter. Fuller bodied. Not bad.

Jun 8, 2002 Firey bright orange color. Little carbonation and head. Malt in the aroma. Nice effervescent mouthfeel, with a nice hoppy flavor and some citrusiness. Finish is also hoppy and bitter. Finishes cleanly, as a ’Steam’ should. Some light fruit and citrus in the finish. This was not a bad beer at all, perhaps one of the best recipes I’ve tried at 75th St.
