Pours lightly hazy yellow with a white head. Very light aroma with some wheat sweetness. Medium / light body that is very smooth and lush for the style with some semi-sharp carbonation. The tastes are subdued, but has more dryness than most wheats with light spices and a touch of sweetness. The finish has more of a spicy hop presence than most wheats. Nice job.

Only lightly hazy, yellow, some head. Effervescent with a bit of vinegar and citrus. Very dull in aroma. Gently bitter, surprisingly dry. Long wheat finish, with a little German touch there. Lively palate. Pretty regular. (on tap at Lawrence, KS location)

This was a pretty solid wheat beer. The body was hazy medium yellow with a small white head. The aroma was grassy with some bread. There was also a little bit of meon. The taste was sweet with lemonade and some iced tea. The finish had a hint of soap. This was pretty smooth.
