20 oz firkin cask draft. This was advertised as a fresh hop ale. Pour is cloudy orange amber with only a few soapy off white bubbles. Aroma is fresh and hoppy, cascade earthiness. Taste is the hops, along with a nice mineral character. Fresh and lively, a nice beer. Palate is satisfying, lasting, with some clean bitterness to the finish. A really nice cask beer. Nice one 75th!

On draught at the brewpub, made with hops grown right next to the building. The beer pours a cloudy golden orange color with a medium fluffy off-white head that recedes slowly. Sticky rings of lacing on the glass. Citrusy hops and pine in the nose along with a touch of spice. Medium body with flavors of hops, citrus, and grainy malt. The finish is moderately hoppy with a citrus fruit aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Draft at the brewpub. Freshly citric aroma, leafy, juicy and spicy, some nice orange peel, grassiness, faint pine and tea leaves with a very light pale sort of malt background. Hazy medium golden color, head is initially quite substantial, leaving copious lace behind. Flavor is really pretty hoppy, with a moderately strong bitterness and citric dryness, showing plenty of fruity hop, spice and very faintly sweet, lightly toasted malts, finishing with herbal tones and a peppery bitterness and faint lemon. Smoothly effervescent and dry with a light-medium body. Very tasty.

Firkin at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow/orange with just a bit of white head and some good lace. Light Juicy Fruit citrus nose. There a little bit of toasted malt, but really this is all about citrus hop flavor. Really good. Medium body with light carbonation. Really enjoyable. I could have drank that all night long and been totally happy.
