topherh (289), Kearney, Missouri, USA Apr 26, 2008 pours an orangeish amber with a nice hoppy aroma, citrus. Flavor is moderately hoppy with a decent bit of malt sweetness to balance it out tjthresh (1348), Greenfield, Indiana, USA Dec 3, 2006 Sampled at the Power Plant Strong Ale Fest. Pushed through a Randle. I’m guessing that is why they call it double hopped. The problem is, there really wasn’t any out of the ordinary hop character here. Poured amber with a dirty white head. Some tropical bubble gum aromas. Pretty well balanced. Smooth bitterness. Robust body. Nothing double about it though.
