tjthresh (1348), Greenfield, Indiana, USA Dec 3, 2006 Sampled at the Power Plant Strong Ale Fest. Pushed through a Randle. I’m guessing that is why they call it double hopped. The problem is, there really wasn’t any out of the ordinary hop character here. Poured amber with a dirty white head. Some tropical bubble gum aromas. Pretty well balanced. Smooth bitterness. Robust body. Nothing double about it though.
topherh (289), Kearney, Missouri, USA Apr 26, 2008 pours an orangeish amber with a nice hoppy aroma, citrus. Flavor is moderately hoppy with a decent bit of malt sweetness to balance it out
