May 23, 2004 Definite hop aroma, overall sweet in the nose and flavor. Very dry palate and a sweet peach and pineapple flavor. More bitter than the 53 IBU would suggest... some sweet plum shows up in the finish.

Golden coloured strong in alcohol and hoppy. Slightly bitter finish.

Jun 12, 2005 Orange-copper with a nice sticky, laced head. Respectable citric hop nose and a fruity/well-balanced flavor with a bit of grassy tinge. Excellent.

Aug 1, 2006 This was simply delicious in a word. Woody, with some butterscotch candy notes, mixed with some bready dough. Hops are a bit of a spicey pine needle variety. Pretty well balanced.
