Tasted in a sample glass, 4-5oz. Golden color, white head and lacing. Mild hops aroma. Nice, mildly hoppy flavor. Better than I expected. The bartender told me it was an APA before I tried it.

Apr 19, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a white head. A faint aroma with lightly sweet pale malt. Medium body with fairly light carbonation for the style. Starts lightly spiced pale malt and finish quite crisp with a saaz hops. Good for the style.

Apr 18, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. Pours golden with a big white head. Medium noble hop aroma, with a touch of DMS. Light and balanced. Spritzy even. No way its an APA. Not a bad drink though.

Jun 8, 2002 Deep golden color. Sweet, lightly malty aroma, faint whiff of hops. This beer has almost a Pale Ale aspect, with malt fruitiness and piney hops. If this is a Kolsch, it’s certainly an American one. Decent balance, though, and pleasant hoppy finish. Soft-bodied. This was actually better than I remembered.
