Very soft, creamy. Brett comes on smooth. Fruity apricot flavor, flowery but not much. Complexity is in the front, very easy

On draft at Sour Fest poured a hay yellow color, aromas of brett, wet horse blanket, and light fruit. Brett is the main flavor, tart, and dry, light fruit at back end. Glad I got to try this one at the fest.

on tap @Cajun Sourfest-pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is funky/barn-yeast, light malt. Taste is funky/barn-yeast, light malt, some tropical fruit.

Pours a hazy yellow. Nose was funky brett, yeast, sweet malts. Flavor was a earthy funky wet blankety brett melded with semi sweet malts and bready yeast. Awesome.

On draft at 7venth Sun. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is some sweet light malt, some fruit, and some pineapple and slight barnyard brett. Flavor is similar with the light malt of a golden ale with spikes of pineapple and citrusy brett and some mild barnyard. Wonderfully balanced and a great brett beer that could easily be a daily drinker. Medium in body and lingering brett in the finish.

Pours a pale yellow with a thin head. Aroma of Brett, this takes the forefront of this beer. Nice, funky, spicy, pineapple notes. Very tasty, takes the base beer to a whole new level
