Cloudy gold pour, white head. Flavors of yeast, coriander, light tartness, funky brett, white wine, light oak flavors. This is really a tasty beer, great for a summer day. Wish I had more!

Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a very hazy orange gold with a bubbly white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of light fruit and floral notes with a good amount of brett underlying. Flavor has more brett with some sweet grains and underlying floral and light fruit notes.

Bottle provided by Hopscotch. Thanks man! Pours hazy yellow with a big white head. The aroma is tart and somewhat dusty with a dry brett like kick. Light fruity notes. Cellar like. The flavor is sweet fruity with a good funky kick. Light spicy and it has a good bitter finish. Not as dry as expected.

Bottle... Cloudy golden ale with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. The aroma is fruity, oaken and lightly spicy - apricot, pluot, nectarine and white American oak. Medium to full-bodied with vibrant carbonation. The flavor is bittersweet with a trace of acidity and a modest measure of ethanol. Finishes fairly crisp and warming.

375 bottle shared by swellbrewer at RBWG dinner. Cheers, Justin! Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is citrus, some oak, light sweetness, and some pineapple and barnyard. Flavor follows with some sweet malt, some pineapple, and some light barnyard/ burlap. Medium in body and lingering sweet and brett in the finish.

375mL gold wax thanks to the brewers at RBWG. Low haze golden pour. Weaker head. Nose is acetic, funky, white wine, Brett C pineapple, sweet cream butter. Taste is pickles, salt, spice, funk, Hill Farmstead white wine and sweet cream butter thing going on. Buoyant, fluffy, aerated palate. Rich, spicy, warming through the finish. Really nice white wine funky saison.

2/21/13. Bottle Kickbacks, RBWG Welcome Dinner! Thanks, Justin! Hazy golden pour with a small khaki head. Nice aroma with a touch of booze, cream, oak, and sour. Nice flavor as well with a touch of sour, oak, vanilla, and cream. Nice!

Bottle...batch 2...Pours a hazy blond with a medium white head. Aroma is appley/orangey with very mild whiskey and a hint of cinnamon. Flavor is oaky withwith mild appley notes and subtle whiskey...not at all boozy...slight buttery but so very slight. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is oaky and dry.
