Draft @ the brewery. Pours hazy pale straw color with white head. Sour fruit aroma. Tart wheat flavor with some citrus. Light body with lively carbonation.

Draft at 7venth Sun with Linh and Maggi. Pours a clear yellow body with thin white lacing. Aroma is wheat, hay, lemon and melon. Mouthfeel is thin and almost spritzer-like; notes of dry bitter wheat, melon, bitter lemon peel, and a bit grainy.

Draft at 7S. Light orange, hazy/cloudy looking. Nose of slight tartness, slightly sour milk, hay and bready. Taste is a nice berliner. Slight tartness, hay, earthy notes. Light body and really easy to drink. Overall: I enjoyed this on a hot spring day.

A hazed pale blonde weisse with a thick creamy off white head. In aroma, a smooth lactic mineral weisse with light sulfur and cherries. In mouth, a smooth lactic malt with lemon, smooth and refreshing. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 8 2012.

Half pour into tulip at the brewery. Nose is citrus and mild, smooth and lightly crisp, slight funk and tart, floral, almost like roses. Flavor is very light and refreshing, all things I want in a true Berliner. Citrus and floral notes follow the nose. Light body... I can drink this all day.

Clear light straw color good fluffy white head. Light straw grain nose some funk. Taste is where its at. Light grain followed by funk earthyness. Finishes dry and refreshing. I wish I could get this more often.

The beer is hazy and straw yellow in color with a white head. The aroma offers some tropical fruit, hops, grain, a touch of yeast. Decent flavor, but would prefer a bit more sour/lactic character. Light spice. A bit too grainy for me. Very light bodied, almost watery . Moderately light carbonation and pretty smooth on the palate. Overall, a decent example of the style. A few minor flaws, but still quite pleasant and easy to drink.

Tap. Poured clear golden color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate wheat sour fruit aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Light sour fruit flavor with a light sour finish of moderate duration. Interesting, but again not my style.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear very pale pour. Not tart enough for the style - falls a little flat. Not bad, just doesn’t hold up to the Starlight Moonlight.
