pours a hazy straw color with a thin head, aroma of coconuts first and foremost, lots of coconuts, spices, peppercorn and belgian yeast. Taste follows. Really cool saison, i wish this was on tap more!

Pours orange. Noe is fresh cut coconut melded with Bierce de garde yeast notes. Flavor is spicy, coconut water melded with grains and pleasing yeast notes.

Bottle shared by SwellBrewer. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head. Nose is some light malt, light fruit, and big sweet coconut. Flavor is similar- coconut all over and bits of malt and sweetness also in the interplay. Light in body and refreshing like a saison with the unique addition of coconut. Very nice beer.

12 oz bottle shared by Kan. Thanks! Pours a straw orange hue, strange glow with some touches of haze. A frothy offwhite head atop dies to small ring, light lacing. Aromas are lots of coconut, dry bready malts, touches of spice, coconut milk. Some suntan lotion, dry florals and hops. Initial is a distinct silky coconut feel, with some dry bread, pale malts, and dry florals. A gentle spice, the coconut grows in a mellow wave. Smooth, a touch of a dry finish with lingering coconut, dry florals, and mellow sweetness. Touches of spice, the lingering yeast, and dry florals. Bready. A bit of a one trick pony. Meh. Lots of lingering coconut.

On tap at 7venth Sun Pours a light hazy yellow wheat, thin white head whith nice lacing. Very interesting aroma, coconut, vanilla, sweet tobacco, white pepper corn, and bit of lemon sugar. Coconut comes thru in the flavor, a bit of white pepper and lemon, very nice. Light body with high carbonation. Very interesting, the aroma was defiantly the highlight of the beer. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Pours real hazy yellow gold with white head. Aroma is odd, sorta coconut milk, musty yeast. Flavors have a strong pina coleda character mixed with a spicy and lemony saison yeast, really odd mesh of Flavors that Im not into but I could see how it would work on a beach instead of corona.

12oz bottle courtesy of js... Pours a lighter pale golden pilsner hued consistency with a thin to medium white head that quickly dissipates to a thin ring... Fresh coconut and saiosn yeast nose with more of an emphasis on the latter. A bit of pineapple to throw into the mix... Flavors have a spicy saisn yeast profile with some added coconut. Lighter to medium bodied with a fair amount of bitterness on the backend. Better the first time around.
