3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Finally found my notes from Cajun Cafe Fall Beer Fest where I had this! Pours a nice orange color with a white head. Nose is a healthy bit of caramel along with a healthy bit of citrus with some pine in there as well. Flavor is a burst of hops that borders on the West Coast style with a healthy malt backbone that refuses to let the hops eclipse it. Medium in body and nice overall.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at brewery, poured an amber color with aromas of citrus, pine, and some caramel mixed in. Flavors are the same, the pine overpowers the hops but still has a nice grapefruit bitterness overall.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Big bottle shared by Kan. Thanks, man! Pours a rich copper amber hue, reddish orange glow with a frothy offwhite head that dies to decent ring, laces small. Aromas are dry florals with citrusy hops, lemons and oranges, touches of juicy grapefruit, grass. Some sweet pale malts, bread, and toffee. A solid nose. Initial is lighter end of medium bodied, offering a dry front, decent hoppiness, florals and citrus, grass, tailing off into a moderately sweet middle. Bread, pale malts, touches of toffee. Dry as the backend gets sweeter, earthy, and oxidized. Almost the rotting elements, old. Front end had promise but backend really takes it down a notch. Meh, feels old. What could have been if there wasn’t an oldness or capping issue here.

22oz filled from the source... Pours a somewhat transparent apple cider brown and topped with a thin film of white head... A bit more piney hop aroma but with a similar malty caramel profile. A touch better than cya but without a big hoppy following... Flavors are similar with more of that piney hoppy forwardness which adds bitterness. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Better than the previous but leaves somethng to be desired.
