Crisp pink coloured body with a thin lighter pink head. Aroma of lemons, yeast, wheat and a very mild sweet smell. Light-bodied; Assertive sour and dry tart flavour at first with some lemons, yeast and wheat tastes right behind and a crisp oaky finish. Aftertaste shows the tart lemon and lightly strawberry flavour and a complex sweet, dry and citrusey finish. Overall, a nicely layered berliner weisse with some good fruit flavours and a nice sweetness, all with the sour and mild wheat notes that you’d expect in the style. I sampled this four ounce pour at the brewpub in Dunedin, Florida on 03-January-2014 for US$2.00.

So happy this was on ar Berliner bash, I missed it last year so glad I didn’t miss it this year, poured a light pinkish yellow color with aromas of all types of berries, strawberry, bluberry, some light wheat and some lacto. Flavors were soft tart berries and some wheat, light on the palate and refreshing, kudos 7venth Sun on another outstanding berliner. Please brew more.

Berliner Bash 2013. Really interesting fruit presence. A bit of a cotton candy background with red berry. Very light and mild tartness.

7venth sun pinkberry muffin. 22oz bottle courtesy of Justin... Pours a hazy apricot, mostly transparent, hue andt opped with a quickly dissipating... Aroma of semi-sweet blueberry and soft pie crust with other coinciding fruits...Flavors are red and blueberries, perhaps some strawberry with a semi-assertive wheat and pale grain. Mildy tart, slightly acidic sour nature that quickly tempers down to an earthy grainy finish. Body is light with a slightly watery finish. Nicely done - wish it had more of a lactic punch. 8/4/7/3/15

Poured a nice pink. Nose was lactic acid, soft fruit. Flavor was a nice balance of acid and all sorts of fruit flavors ... citrus, berry, hints of banana. Very nice Florida Weisse.

Thanks Justin for sharing this at the berliner bash! Beautiful light golden pink with a thick foamy head. Aroma of berries, both strawberries and blueberries come to mind. Taste follows with a bit of sweetness that plays nicely with the tartness from the lacto. Very nice treatment, probably my favorite so far!

Growler courtesy of swellbrewer. Cheers, Justin! Pours a hazy yellow-orange with pink-ish highlights and a white head. Nose is berry- raspberry and blueberry as well as some underlying sweetness with a hint of lactic character in the back. Flavor is similar- starts off sweet and berry with blueberry and raspberry, maybe some strawberry, too and then like a slacking British sentry it snaps to attention and ushers in some lactic tartness and a small hint of citrus. Light to medium in body and very nice Florida Weisse overall.
