On draft. Pours a hazy gold with large white head. Nose is full of fruit, orange zest. Some fruity esters. Flavor is the same. Very quenching and not a sour bomb like other "saisons". Very enjoyable and well made.

Poured a light hazy yellow color from a 32 ounce growler. Aromas of funkyness and spicey black pepper. Flavors are huge on grains of paradise, funk, and a touch of pepper. Extremly drinkable, enjoyable and sessionable, a real good beer over all.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at brewpub. Dark goldenrod. Big bouquet of wild flowers and baby hop buds waking up to greet the sunlight. The tongue is greeted by soft delicate hop bitterness. The floral notes are natural and never perfume. It's balance is exquisite and it's a true refreshing dry hoppy table beer as opposed to a wacky 'saison.' well done :)
