Pours black. Nose is belgian yeasty spicy with roast and fruit. Flavor follows suit with more subtle banana and yeast notes.

pours a dark brown almost black with a thick off white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, bananas, chocolate, and almonds(after it warmed). Taste follows, lots of belgian yeast and chocolate. completely different from the pilot batch and i like the pilot batch better. If i was told this was a regular belgian porter i would really like it however the trail mix treatment is slightly disappointing
