On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Looks a bit like pale yellow dishwasher water this. Only a faint lacing white film sitting on top. It smells of citrus and it has this freshness I like in these kind of saisons. Some fruit soap things going on here. It’s sure as heck not bad at all. Really fresh and refreshing without being sour in any way. Lots of brett here though, and I quite like brett. It feels thin oily in the mouth and it has some small prickling bubbles. Soft grassy yellow finish, and it’s really quenchable. Make large bottles and sell, cause I’d sure as heck buy this again! 03.05.2014

CBC Session 3. Very hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp. Minerals. Dry floralness and a whisper of vanilla. Dry seltzer and light generic fruits. Dry finish. Needs something to lift it.

Tasted on 5/29/14 from a capped 375mL bottle purchased at the 7venth Sun Hunahpu Hangover. Pours cloudy orange-tinged yellow with a thick white head that recedes fairly quickly to an average collar of lace. The nose is spicy Saison yeast with plenty of brett funk, bread yeast, and a nice acidic citrus skin aroma. The flavor is about the same. It is really great how the brett funk, more traditional Saison yeast, and pithy acidic kimquat balance. The body is medium with some fatness on the back, average carbonation, and a long funky, spicy, and kumquat finish. Very nice.
