Nice moderately high carbonation.
Not bad, that acidic hit is great.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
750ml bottle. Pours a clear gold, slightly on the dark side of champagne, with good persistent effervescence. The aroma has a powerful dry riesling feel, with oak, dusty apple skin and a touch of fruitier apple to back it up. Tart apple skin and plenty of acidity up front lead into a more mellow Swiss cheese flavour. Oak, leather and a touch of wild yeast sourness come into the mid-palate. Bittersweet apple and dry oak make up the finish. This is a highly impressive cider, with plenty of tartness and oak complexity. Honestly, is there anything at which 8 Wired do not excel?

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Sparkling yellow gold. Aroma of apples, blossoms, vanilla. Taste is dry, but there is a little sweet apple there. Only a little acid, a touch of musty skin or other funk. Some oak. Very elegant aperitif-style cider - the dryness is lovely at the finish, but a little more grunt beforehand would have been nice.
