COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s brewed with a big portion of Spelt malt as well as raw wheat and oats. For the hops, we have tried to keep the bitterness right down while maintaining a big US hop presence. So hops (Chinook and Cascade) have only been added to the whirlpool and as dry hops. The yeast is a new dry Belgian yeast on the market made by the homebrew suppliers from Mangrove Jack’s.Keg only for now.

Brewdog bar, sheffield. Pale yellow ale with little foamy head. Aroma is malty mostly. Slightly sour but mostly bitter (despite the brewers claim). Slightly prickly carb and slightly thin.

Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Light amber, little white head only on the sides. Smell is candy & sweetish hops. Taste is mix of bitter hops, sweet candy, white sugar, yeast,… Thick candy body. Okay but how is this farmhouse? There is no funk or anything & nothing about sweetish candy screams farmhouse to me.

Draught keg from Brewdog Camden. Huge Belgian/ saison yeast ’stench’ - but flavour is softer, no hint of sourness, more of a decently-hopped pale ale. A curious mix of two styles.

Keg at Brewdog Birmingham; hazy amber pour with a creamy white head, citrus aroma, taste has assertive hop along with spice, yeast is in your face.
