on tap at Hashigo Zake - tad bit of bready toast and hints of coffee; - semi-lucent, brown, good lacing, good off white head; - hoppy bitterness, rounded indicating other subtle influences; - full-ish bodied, creamy, with low carbonation and clean finish; - Good pale ale. In the IIPA world we sometimes forget there was starting point. This is a nice one
