Bottle - Fruity, resins and malts. Clear copper with a thin white head. Bitter and resinous, with some pine and tropical fruits peaking out. The bitterness is a bit overwhelming but the mouth feel is nice and thick. Not bad, but the bitterness is too much.

500 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with little head. Aromas of grapefruit and tropical fruit with caramel and malt in the background. Flavors are similar with big chewy malts up front leading to a nice light bitter piney finish. Very tasty.

Super tasty DIPA with an Orange body and heavy head. Super lengthy aromas of malt, caramel and resiny hops. Taste is big and bitter sweet. Big bodied Super DIPA at its best.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours copper with a thin off-white head and a citrus aroma. There is a hearty caramel malt flavor with a seriously bitter hop finish.

Grifo. Vaso Tumbler. Saboreada en feb´13. Color oro y apariencia turbia. On-tap. Tumbler glass. Enjoyed on feb´13. Gold in color, foggy appearance. White froth creates a creamy, close & lasting crown. Copious rings on sides. Caramel malt & candy aromas, ripe apricot notes to the nose. Sharp bitter upfront followed by involving caramel maltiness. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Creamy palate. Resiny bitterness arises again in the middle - to shown we are talking about a DIPA -& lingers into a long finish. Hints of ripe fruit in the aftertaste. Flavorful & refreshing. Very well balanced beer!! Very easy drinkability since ABV is well masked.

lusikka (5955) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 3, 2013
Draught @ Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Rated on 23.2.2013.
Pours a cloudy orange colour with a white head. Aroma of strong fresh floral hops, pine and citrus. Flavour is strong with notes of grassy floral bitterness, bread-like maltiness, gooseberries and sticky caramel. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a fresh, high bitter and slightly sweet finish. Well done.
