Purchased from the brewery,330ml bottles. Also from An Bodhran and Walshs Bar in Mitchelstown on draught. Great aroma and stinger taste than your more commercial beers. Nice taste slightly sweet.

stravale (2391) - Near Carrick-on-Shannon, IRELAND - OCT 12, 2014
Bottle from Drinkstore [220914]
Golden amber, clear, frothy white head
Aroma - soft light sweet pale malts, hint of fruit, apricot and peach
Taste - Light caramel, light spicy hop, odd buttery biscuit I’m not keen on, slight butterscotch, light fruits
Palate - soft carb, thin body, bit oily, quite sweet. Finish has a dab of digestive, light fruits, butter biscuit
Overall - Not a Czech Pils. Another one of these craft lagers that aren’t that great, but better than a macro

massingasetta (361) - München, GERMANY - SEP 11, 2014
For a Pils brewed in Ireland this beer makes a great effort. This beer does not taste nor smell industrially manufactured. Instead this beer is fresh and the foam has a unique texture. The body of this beer is round and smooth and has somewhat too little herbal notes. All in all a good beer without many qualities that set it apart.

triskaideka (203) - Killarney, IRELAND - JUN 30, 2014
Bottle at home - poured hazy yellow with white head. To be honest, I don’t know what to make of this - advertised as a pilsner lager but had qualities of a weissbier - yeasty, cloudy, orange peel. The two styles seemed to be fighting each other. I’ll have another bottle and re-rate.

(33 cl bottle from the Glucksman Gallery; BBD: 10/10/14) Pours semi-hazy golden with little, white head that fades. Aroma is noble hops with a hint of honey. Oily texture, medium carbonation, medium body and a slightly sour finish. Flavour is slightly sweet with not much bitterness.
