COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It delivers a refreshing crisp smack around the gills. It pours a pale golden colour and the malty sweetness is well balanced by the Chinook and Centennial hops. Goes well with fish, chicken or anything off the barbeque

330ml bottle share by garthicus with me and blankboy. Slightly hazy coppery-amber with a decent fizzy/foamy off-white lasting head. Smells like slightly green pear, a bit of alcohol - not overly sweet (7 ’cuz I loves me some pear). Taste - green grass clippings, light pear, appleseed, more alcohol. Light body, a bit astringent, mildly carbonated, appleseed and some alcohol come out in the finish.

Draught- Are we sure we’re all drinking the same beer? Moderately bitter aroma of Orange, caramel and crystal malt. Fruity flavour with some earthy hoppiness, quite sweet. Firm palate. Very nice and a great session beer. I can only assume that the poorer reviews are due inconsistency issues from the new brewery, because I’ve had this s number of times on draught and have found it nothing but lovely.

Bottle. Clear honey with a short lived head. Light hop and fruit aroma. Flavour has a fruit and honey base that builds to an even bitter finish. Palate is dry, light bitter

UPDATED: JAN 31, 2013 On tap at Bowes of Fleet Street, Dublin. Light and slightly hazy orange with decent white head. Grapefruit, orange, light zesty Citrus notes & slightly sweet malt are on the nose; taste is well balanced with a nice citrus zing, light pine and some light orange-y flavours; touch of caramel and biscuit to balance it out. Fairly refreshing pine/citric bitterness in the finish; a very decent APA, easy drinking - had a few dodgy bottles but it has been reliable on tap over recent months.

330ml bottle. Pours a cloudy, medium straw, with a white head. Citrusy aromas, hops, malt, but there’s also a distinct sour note. Off-dry, light bodied, medium bitterness, balanced CO2. Citrus and hops on the palate, quite sour, citrus, apples, wheat. A growing sweetness lingers in the finish, leaving the palate rather cloyed. (Infected?) (2012-03-01)

Bottle, thanks Stephanos! Orange amber pour, thick bubbly head eventually fades with good lacing. Soft pithy orange and lemon on the nose. Somewhat juicy front, hint of caramel sweetness, lemony bitterness, hint of bready malt. Not bad at all.

Bottle, 5.0%. Mild fruity hop aroma. Cloudy amber colour, small white head. The flavour has a hint of rubber. A little rough hoppiness with a hint of mild grain.
