It delivers a refreshing crisp smack around the gills. It pours a pale golden colour and the malty sweetness is well balanced by the Chinook and Centennial hops. Goes well with fish, chicken or anything off the barbeque

Bottle while on holiday in County Cork ( a wonderful place ) Golden and clear with a small head. Slightly hoppy but nothing really distinctive. Having said that it was a pleasure to support a craft brewery in ireland. Long may they continue to grow.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is fruity and piney hops with some notes of resin and a touch of malt. Flavour is a zesty yet less strong then expected flavour of hops, tea and some malt. Nice and refreshing.

Fra fad. Tåget gylden, lavt hvidt skum. Frisk, sexy og humlet næse. US-humler. Citrus, fedtede fyrnåle og en lille smule sarmsved. Mild karamel i malten, men der er humlen, der styrer. Slutter med dejlige tørre harpiks-noter. Farlig høj drinkabillity.
