It delivers a refreshing crisp smack around the gills. It pours a pale golden colour and the malty sweetness is well balanced by the Chinook and Centennial hops. Goes well with fish, chicken or anything off the barbeque

Lovely aroma one of the nicest craft beers on the market, handy I can call to the brewery to collect it.😀

My first micro brew from Ireland. These are hard to come by here. It was a crisp with grapefruit, orange, orange peel with subtle floral notes. Medium body and exactly what I was looking for. It drank very well!

Pale golden beer. Lovely and creamy caramel taste with a sharp grapefruit aftertaste.

Hints of pine and orange in the aroma. Lively carbonation accentuates the hops which are followed up nicely by the malt compexity.

My go to ale. Nothing fancy or flash, just a crisp tasting, flavour-some ale. Not the best out there but reasonably priced hence the high scores. 8 Degrees are one of my favourite brewers, always innovating and suprising me with some fascinating brews.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. Christmas gift from my parents. A golden orange to yellow beer with a big off-white foamy head ; great retention. Herbs, resin, fruits (citrus such as lime or grapefruit), tropical fruits. Medium dry lasting bitter refreshing ; sweet note which makes the fruity citrus story coming to life. Light body, medium texture, light silky, good carbonation, bitter fruity lasting finish. Overall, beautiful, wonderful fruity resinous herbal landscape, nice bitterness, light silky ; that’s it.

Bottle shared with northropfrye in Dingle. Apricot colour body. Faint aroma of sweet fruit. Taste is subtle hoppiness. Nice.

Fra fad. Tåget gylden, lavt hvidt skum. Frisk, sexy og humlet næse. US-humler. Citrus, fedtede fyrnåle og en lille smule sarmsved. Mild karamel i malten, men der er humlen, der styrer. Slutter med dejlige tørre harpiks-noter. Farlig høj drinkabillity.

Bottle, thanks Stephanos! Orange amber pour, thick bubbly head eventually fades with good lacing. Soft pithy orange and lemon on the nose. Somewhat juicy front, hint of caramel sweetness, lemony bitterness, hint of bready malt. Not bad at all.

Draught- Are we sure we’re all drinking the same beer? Moderately bitter aroma of Orange, caramel and crystal malt. Fruity flavour with some earthy hoppiness, quite sweet. Firm palate. Very nice and a great session beer. I can only assume that the poorer reviews are due inconsistency issues from the new brewery, because I’ve had this s number of times on draught and have found it nothing but lovely.
