Hazy amber pour with a thin head. Aroma is coconut, nuts, and biscuit. Taste is lighter on the coconut than the aroma but it is definitely there. Also has some toffee and grain. Medium body.

This beer keep getting better and better. The smell of the toasted coconut is upfront but drinking it you don’t get it till on the back end. Really enjoy drinking this beer on a nice sunny day.

Pleasant enough, though the coconut really only comes through in the aroma. Based on some of the other comments though, maybe this was just a weak batch?

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Sampled at the 2014 Untapped festival in Fort Worth. Pours a near clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of notes of coconut, cookie and biscuit. Flavor is sweet throughout with sweet grain, cookie, coconut and biscuit. Too sweet for me.

1.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
On tap at LUCK. Light pour with no head. This is Malibu coconut without the ABV. Coconut is overpowering. Mouthfeel is oily and slippery. Weird floral finish with a slippery tongue sliding around slippery lips.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Not that good. The aroma was of coconut and wheat. The color was a light golden and not very exciting. Light weight palate, which I understand is common for the style; however, still not great . Decent carbonation. Flavor of coconut up front, which I give credit for trying to enhance a typically bland style. There was a buttery off-flavor though, which I also found in their blond ale. It detracted. Some wheat notes with a slight hops bitterness. Not too exciting.
