COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The use of bottom fermenting yeast at lower temperatures makes for pronounced bitterness & a mild floral aroma that comes from the use of North American Cascade Hops.

Bottle->lager. Pours clear gold with small white head. Cheap lager aroma and taste of corn, lager malt, grass, grains. Unpleasant.

Bottle. Golden color, thin white head. Very light corny aroma; drinks cleanly, without imperfection per se. It has a smooth, light malty character, just the lightest of corny bite maybe. Smooth, not much outstanding to say about it either way. (#5314, 11/7/2013)

10/31/2013. From bottle. Pours clear straw yellow with a white head. Malty aromas with grain and hay aromas. Light in flavor, some hoppy bitterness on the finish. Easy to drink, good on a hot day, but nothing out of the ordinary.

An interesting beer. Bought in City Super, Hong Kong. For that part of the world, this beer is a winner and would be the one I would drink if I lived there. Very crisp and quite dry and hoppy. Nice.

Bottle. Golden with small head. Sweet and corny lager. Not that good, but it’s from Lebanon. Woot.

Bottle #2 while enjoying great Lebanese meal at illili. Pours gold with dissipating white head. Tastes of grains, corn, straw, bread, light hopping. Nothing offensive or exciting here.

it could be a good choice of lager. A light gold in colour, nice head however faded no more than 20 seconds. the taste of cascade remains on the tongue for a while. Decent lager

Standard pale lager, not where near a helles, chang that. Woudl be a good coors replacement.

Good local lager, a much better alternative to the local incumbent Almaza. However not the best from this brewery: I found the Lebanese Brew much better.
