The use of bottom fermenting yeast at lower temperatures makes for pronounced bitterness & a mild floral aroma that comes from the use of North American Cascade Hops.

330ml brown bottle. Golden colour, very faint haze. Rocky white head. A bit of spotty lace left behind. Aroma is leafy, trace citrus. A bit of a fruity start, citrus/lemon hop notes in the middle. Finishes with a little lingering citrus and some nice leafy bitterness. Light body, medium carbonation. Drinkable.

Simple nose, earthy, grassy, floral hops, bread, some caramel. Clear orange-gold with a quickly fading white head. Dry, somewhat crisp in the attack, clean flavors reflecting the aroma. Light, a little bit too yeasty to be called refreshing.

Bottle (which was probably older than ideal). Not much to speak of really, I found it pretty bland and standard. Still drinkable though

Bottle at Sue Ellen. Pours clear light amber without a head. A dull lager, sweet taste of vegetables. Couldn’t find any cascade...

2oz sample at International Great Beer Expo (Meadowlands). Pours a golden color with a small foamy white head. Aroma or grain, corn, and yeast. Taste of lemon and grain. Pretty flavorless.

I’m not a big lager fan but this is better than the average lager. I also give it points because there can’t be too many good brewers in the middle east. Smooth and a little malty.

Bottle->lager. Pours clear gold with small white head. Cheap lager aroma and taste of corn, lager malt, grass, grains. Unpleasant.

Bottle. Golden color, thin white head. Very light corny aroma; drinks cleanly, without imperfection per se. It has a smooth, light malty character, just the lightest of corny bite maybe. Smooth, not much outstanding to say about it either way. (#5314, 11/7/2013)

10/31/2013. From bottle. Pours clear straw yellow with a white head. Malty aromas with grain and hay aromas. Light in flavor, some hoppy bitterness on the finish. Easy to drink, good on a hot day, but nothing out of the ordinary.
