COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The use of bottom fermenting yeast at lower temperatures makes for pronounced bitterness & a mild floral aroma that comes from the use of North American Cascade Hops.

Aroma: bread and cereal malts, some hay and caramel. Appearance: light clear gold, medium frothy white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: bitter continue, getting slightly dry, malty notes of bread and grains in general. Overall: a very mediocre Lager/Helles, nothing to write long stories about. Simple nose, earthy, grassy, floral hops, bread, some caramel. Clear orange-gold with a quickly fading white head. Dry, somewhat crisp in the attack, clean flavors reflecting the aroma. Light, a little bit too yeasty to be called refreshing.

Bottle (which was probably older than ideal). Not much to speak of really, I found it pretty bland and standard. Still drinkable though
