The use of bottom fermenting yeast at lower temperatures makes for pronounced bitterness & a mild floral aroma that comes from the use of North American Cascade Hops.

Palate: bitter continue, getting slightly dry, malty notes of bread and grains in general. Overall: a very mediocre Lager/Helles, nothing to write long stories about. Simple nose, earthy, grassy, floral hops, bread, some caramel. Clear orange-gold with a quickly fading white head. Dry, somewhat crisp in the attack, clean flavors reflecting the aroma. Light, a little bit too yeasty to be called refreshing.

Bottle (which was probably older than ideal). Not much to speak of really, I found it pretty bland and standard. Still drinkable though

I’m not a big lager fan but this is better than the average lager. I also give it points because there can’t be too many good brewers in the middle east. Smooth and a little malty.
