COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
961 Red Ale is our version of the classic English Amber or Red Ale. This beer has a 5.5% ABV, is densely malty and reddish in colour. Smooth, round and full bodied it has an intensely fruity and aromatic flavour. The use of Amarillo hops adds a spicy note to the beer and gives it a slighty sweet and creamy finish.

Pours a ruddy amber with an almost pink frothy head. Aroma of hops and citrus. Well carbonated and you can definitely taste those amarillo hops. Bubbly, refreshing hop-dominant beer, fairly well balanced but the hops might get a bit much after the second or third.

Vermelha, límpida. Espuma abundante de curta duração. Aroma adocicado de caramelo e ameixas, que se estende ao sabor, com notas gramíneas. Retrogosto amargo com final levemente metálico e salgado.

Bottle. Deep red colour with thin head. Delicious biscuity malt with a caramel kick. Not very bitter but still balances well this beer’s caramel & fruity sweetness. Enjoyable beer,

average frothy offwhite head. good lacing. mostly diminishing. clear average-density dark reddish-amber body. aroma: moderate malt, caramel, metal. if: light sweet bitter. ff: light sweet moderate bitter; average duration. palate: medium body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation, metallic finish. Para um país sem nenhuma tradição cervejeira, não deixou tanto a desejar, tampouco apresentou nenhum diferencial. Lembra sabor de pale lager em alguns momentos do background, com leve presença de levedura e lembrança de pão liquido.15 s

(Bottle) Clear amber brown with short-lived head. Aroma has toffee, citrus and cardboard notes. Light body, quite fizzy. Taste is a bit thin but reasonable. There’s toffee malt at the start and some spicy bitterness in the finish. It’s pretty drinkable, but not very exciting, and a bit on the watery side.
