COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
961 Red Ale is our version of the classic English Amber or Red Ale. This beer has a 5.5% ABV, is densely malty and reddish in colour. Smooth, round and full bodied it has an intensely fruity and aromatic flavour. The use of Amarillo hops adds a spicy note to the beer and gives it a slighty sweet and creamy finish.

330 ml brown twist off bottle from store in Hamra district. Freshness dated 24/04/12-24/04/13. Pours a deep dark copper color with fast-fading, large bubble head. Slight malty aroma. Medium body. Even dry/sweet malty flavor with slight woody character. Solid mouthfeel. Very nice flavor combination. Well done, distinctive "red" beer.

Definitely one of my favorite beers. It pours a wonderful red color with a thick head. It smells of fruits, mostly peach and passion fruit. It tastes of strong malt and has a yummy caramel after taste. I can basically drink this beer all day!

330ml bottle pours a rich amber color with a huge off-white head that has excellent retention and settles to a fantastic lattice of lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits and caramel with some spicy hops. Taste is light fruit and caramel malt sweetness and a light spicy hop bitterness. Light to medium body with abundant carbonation leaving a very nice mouthfeel. A very well done amber ale and highly recommended. I was very impressed with the quality of this brew.
