330 ml bottle from a trade with hobbesr. pours black with a short tan head. good god what an aroma, hops, coffee, dark malts. fuckin perfect! the flavour is almost as good, big hops upfront leading to coffee, dark malts add structure. not overly bitter in the finish despite the coffee and hops. alcohol very well hidden. my god what a stout, for a coffee stout the only rival for this is BGB its that good! huge thx to Riley for the bottle!!

My favorite of the 961 collection. It pours a rich dark brown color and smells like coffee and coffee, even though there is no chocolate or coffee in it. It smells much better than it tastes but it does taste awesome. An amazing companion to rich tasting foods. Overall, veeery impressive.

Bottle. Hearty, very dark pour with a dense brown head. Aroma of coffee and subtle aniseed. Flavours of dark roast coffee bean, quite rich actually, some bitter chocolate, notes of char and licorice. Not as sweet as I expected, and certainly better than I expected. Quite well done actually.
