Light to medium sweet flavor with simple, biscuity wheat and malts, dough, sugar and straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Doughy and biscuity malt finish, weak wheat, some white sugar and hay. Very basic. Lacks the brightness of a good witbier.
