Iím really not a fan of something this light but I tried it anyway. It was nice, definitely something to drink on a hot summerís day, but I donít see myself drinking it anywhere else. Itís got a bread feel in the mouth that makes it refreshing.

Wow... Surprised about how poorly this is being rated... Enjoyable wit, nice light body with notes of coriander and wheat... Pretty solid

Bottle from Archive Beer Boutique July 2013. Hazy when poured into a glass and has a big white head. Spice and some fruit in the aroma and flavour. An easy drinking beer that would be even better on a hot day.

33 cl bottle, shared with Roger and Asgeir U. (Asgeir bought the bottle at the brewpub in Beirut). Hazy yellow color, moderate white head. Aroma is spices, yeast and orange/citrus. Flavor is sweet, orange, coriander, yeast. Nice, but almost too sweet.

Delicate citrus taste. My blunt nose failed to find the spices. Not crazy about it but then again Iím not generally big on witbiers.

Bottle at Sue Ellen. Pours hazy pale yellow. Taste of bananas, straws and orange. Most true to the style of the 961 brews (brewery not count) I have had.

Appearance: very light, hazy gold; short white head quickly vanishes. Aroma: light aroma of citrus, hint of coriander and spice. Taste: as the aroma indicates. Finish: quick finish, with slight lingering tart wheat and citrus. Notes: Not great by any means, but not terrible. Palate is light and slightly effervescent.

330ml brown twist-off bottle with production date stamp 2 days prior. Pours a dense straw color with a white frothy head. Slight coriander hint in aroma. Light body with soft mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Mellow light wheaty flavor, clean, slight grainy note. Pleasant combination of flavors at room temperature. A mellow Wit that "grows on you" over time.

Bottle in NYC. Pours clear yellow with a frothy, white head. Some cereal grain malts in the nose, mild wheat, sugars. Light to medium sweet flavor with simple, biscuity wheat and malts, dough, sugar and straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Doughy and biscuity malt finish, weak wheat, some white sugar and hay. Very basic. Lacks the brightness of a good witbier.
