Belle bière ambrée, limpide et coiffée d’un fin col blanc marquant le verre d’une très légère dentelle. Des arômes typiques de raisins, de poivre avec un boisé notable. Elle est relativement acide et légèrement amère. De corps moyen, lisse et légèrement effervescente, elle se termine sur une longue finale aromatique et acidulée.

A golden amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a smooth light malt with loads of Brett and rosemary notes. In mouth, a rosemary stands out in beginning, with biscuitty malt, smooth Brett, lightly oily mouthfeel, very nice. On tap at Mondial 2011, June 9 2011.
