12 oz. bottle, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks Dany), pours an opaque bright ruby red with a small white head. Aroma of wild, tart red berries, moderate funk, and wild yeast notes. Flavour is quite tart and dry, with completely unsweetened sour cherries, low-to-moderate funk, low acidity, and a bit of wild yeast. Extremely dry, with no sugar left unattenuated. Very drinkable, dry sour. Great stuff.

Superb stuff. Cinnamon and sour nose. My notes are destroyed and all I really have are numbers.

bottle #403/1500. red-light amber colour. woodsy aroma and a cider character with spice and grain. sour beer flavours dominate the palate but also sports exotic notes of cinnamon and coconut with a bitter finish. this is really tasty stuff.

11.2oz bottle thanks to the one and only Dany. Poured a syrupy looking thick body with a smaller tight foamy head of super light beige. Aroma is good with notes of cherries, slight band aid, lemon, grains and lots of sourness. Full body with average carbonation of small tight bubbles. Flavor is nice a good dose of sourness, toast, band aid, cherry and a hint of barrel. Excellent stuff.

Bottle courtesy of Tommy. This one pours a nice amber brown with minimal head. Aroma is tart cherries, barnyard, and vanilla. Taste is much of the same with a nice mid sweetness and dry finish. Great stuff.
