750ml bottle from Bières et Délices shared with wife. Aroma: raspberries tart, lactic nose. App: hazy red purple-ish, huge white head, little retention. Taste and palate: nice raspberries in mouth but then a bit watery... What a disappointment. Average carbonation, light body moderate acidity finish. Overall: maybe comparing it too much to Solstice d?été Framboise. But this one is a bit watery and body is too thin. A good beer but far from Solstice d?été and way more expensive. Paid $15.99.

A pink burgundy red ale with a thin white head. In aroma, smooth raspberry jam with light mineral notes and acidity. In mouth, a nice refreshing mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Epsom salts, light and puckering, refreshing summer beer. On tap at Soirée des Brasseurs 2015.

(Rating #5207)

Bottle - 341ml. Beautiful hazy ruby body with an average pink foamy head. Fresh fruity (raspberries, citrus) aroma with some hoppy and malty hints. Fresh, well balanced fruity taste with hoppy, malty, and cinnamon notes. Ends with a long, sharp, sour finish. Very enjoyable.

pours clear bright red with a nice pinkish head, some retention and lacing. fresh raspberries, jam, plain citric acid mainly, bit of plums and other red fruits, hint of sweetness and dust. average carbonation, light body - oily, relatively dry short but fairly present grassy and herbal finish. there’s barely a saison character but it’s still an enjoyable lightly sourish fruit beer!

Bottle 341ml. Pours sligthly hazy pink with low "flashing" pink head. Aroma is of raspberries, strawberries, fruits, yogurt. Taste is of raspberries, grain, acidity, sligth sweetness. Something weird here, toward the finish, when both strawberries and acidity collapse, leaving you to a weird malt base. Palate: Ligth body, somewhat sticky. Overall: Good. Reasonnable Abv and acidity. Would be very nice without the malt issue described earlier. Still enjoyable imo. Nice strawberries in there.

Bottle (341 ml). Clear ruby red color with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is of raspberries, light funk and not much more than that. Taste is slightly sour with fresh raspberries and light floral notes. Light body. Slightly dry. Low to moderate carbonation. It doesn’t taste like a Saison (what the brewer call it) at all and it’s not really complex. The fresh raspberry and the low abv make this one easy to drink and somewhat refreshing, but that’s an average beer at best.
