MartinT (4458), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Sep 30, 2007 My Bottom Line:
Milky coriander and saffron allusions confer personality to this otherwise yeasty and hop bitter Witbier.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam slowly sinks into your typically cloudy Witbier pallor.
-These guys love bitterness and it shows. Even the Witbier is assertively hopped in the finish!
-The combination of prevalent yeast and high dose of herbal hoppiness somwhat clashes in the finish.
-The body is once again healthy; never anemic nor portly.
-Once you get used to its different finish (for the style), this one becomes quite drinkable and should be appreciated by those looking for a spicy thirst-quencher.
-Coriander is used judiciously in this one, which was not the case with their Double.
rederic (1507), montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 2, 2008 On tap at the Vices&Versa, bright yellow gold color, with a small white head, mild honeyed pale malt nose, with a corny sweet note, hint of wheaty and citrus fruity in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a zesty, citrusy, wheaty character with a faint corny pale malt graininess, hint of vanilla and nutmeg spiciness, light flowery hop, anf kinf of detergent taste too, a bit watery, leading towards a citrusy acidic finish. rodenbach99 (472), Longueuil, Quebec, Canada Aug 19, 2008 En Fût au Vices Versa, agréable bière blanche, classique, agrume, coriandre. Rastacouere (5418), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Jun 3, 2008 Objectively speaking:
A thin and rather watery take on the brown ale style drank on draught at Brouhaha.
I like:
Soft wheaty mouthfeel. Fresh smelling. Crisp citrusy nature. Balanced spiciness. Rounder than most.
I dislike:
I enjoyed it, this is an efficient thirst-quencher.

Appearance: Slight fine haze on golden field. Large creamy head on top. 3+
Nose Soft wheat aroma , slightly lactic , creamy feel .6-
Flavor/Palate : Flat , light , thin. Gentle-grainy wheat shade of brew. Right direction but why so thin ? Plain watery end.
