On tap at the Brouhaha, amber color, with a frothy white head, toasty, biscuity, carmel malt, cookie dough nose with a fruity hint of dried raisins, figs, and an earthy peaish malt vegetable aroma reminiscent of the Frontnac malt, follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a toasted, biscuity, grainy malt, bready dough character with a nutty, almondy, pit bitter accent, with a faint fruity note, leading tiowards a light toasty, malty, earthy hop bitterness finish.
