COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(Rating #1277)

This is a very terrible beer and I guess I am a little generous with this rating. No discernible aromas. Very watery. Clear blonde appearance. Very bitter.

Pours a thin straw yellow with a small white fizzy head. Aroma is floral, spicy wheat. Taste is astringent, spicy with wheat and malt. Slightly sour and bright which is off putting.

On tap at Vices et Versa (Montréal, QC). Cloudy golden body with low carbonation and a thin, lasting white creamy head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with citrusy and yeasty hints. Taste is well balanced and refreshing, but it lacks complexity. It carries some coriander notes. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish. Good effort.

On tap from small keg at a party
Appearance : Hazy yellow with creamy head.
Aroma : Hops, wheat, spices. Hops are light, and fruity. Very fresh.
Taste : Wheat, some hops, a bit citrusy and fruity. Finish is citrusy with wheat and light hops. Some coriander maybe.
Overall : Very easy drinking and refreshing. Nothing outstanding but greatly refreshing and drinkable. Nice summer session beer.

[2234-20090605] Tap. Fruity yeast aroma is mild. Hazy, light yellow brown body with a long-lasting creamy white head. Wheatie fresh yeast flavour has a little tang. Medium body. Drinkable, average.

I didnt like it. Too much acidity and weird bitterness, not hop-like. Lack of wheat and belgian yeast taste.

On tap at the Vices&Versa, bright yellow gold color, with a small white head, mild honeyed pale malt nose, with a corny sweet note, hint of wheaty and citrus fruity in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a zesty, citrusy, wheaty character with a faint corny pale malt graininess, hint of vanilla and nutmeg spiciness, light flowery hop, anf kinf of detergent taste too, a bit watery, leading towards a citrusy acidic finish.
