Bottle (341 ml). Clear and pale yellow/golden with a small white head and almost no lacing. Aroma is of floral/herbal notes along with salty notes and slight citrus. Taste is slight sweet and about the same as aroma... pretty floral. Light to medium body. Low carbonation. Easily forgotten.

Achetée au brouhaha. Pour $5.69, j’avais quand même des attentes. Rien de très impressionant. Aucune complexité. Je n’ai rien à dire parce qu’il n’y a rien à dire sur cette bière.

Piss (sorry but that’s the closest I can think of) colored brew topped by a fluffy white head, like soap bubbles really. Aroma is peppery, grassy, not bad at all. Taste has a lightly sour component and is bone dry. Flavors are herbal with pepper and/or other spices peeking through. Mouthfeel is light, with a good fizz. Overall a refreshing brew albeit not a complex one.

Une saison très florale et végétale, très blonde (au point de pouvoir la confondre avec l’Écume, sa soeur de la même micro), avec de belles notes poivrées en finale. Plutôt douce, présentant des saveurs savamment balancées, la Belle Saison est une saison belge typique, qui ne réinvente pas la roue mais qui réussit à tous points de vue. On ne peut que lui reprocher sa couleur, sa relative timidité, et son prix élevé.

341 ml bottle. Pours a slightly veiled straw with a nice white head. Smells like grains and orange. Taste is citrus (orange, mostly), some pear and a hint of herbs. Light herbal/floral bitterness. Some spices in there. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Good, simple beer. A bit pricey, though...

Beers from Quebec deserve French descriptions. Une bière très claire presque translucide. Beaucoup d’effervescence qui nous donne un petit col, mais qui persiste. On dirait du Champagne. Nez de fraîcheur, légère note de houblon. Goût d’épice léger, bien dosé. Que je ne réussis malheureusement pas à identifier. Origan ? Majorlaine ? J’ai l’impression également d’y retrouver un peu de cet air salin du bord de mer… Très bien houblonné. Peu d’arrière goût cependant. Le verre vide, je cherche toujours ou se cache le 5.8% … :-) En résumé : Très bonne bière pour les journées chaudes d’été.

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2012 La couleur frappe par son aspect translucide. Au nez, des notes de fleur et de citron. En bouche, le gingembre et le citron sont en première ligne. Une légère touche de blé apparais pour laisser place à une légère amertume. Désaltérante!

Pleasant and unique saison, new at St. Hubert trip. Very floral, with ginger being the only significant outstanding scent. Pours light yellow with a small lasting white head, and leaving lace dots throughout the glass. . Average mouthfeel, carbonation right there. Decent drinker and refreshing. The taste was mainly ginger, with other herbs including chamomile, and cardamom, pepper.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2012 Bottle 341 ml. App: Pours clear yellow. Frothy white head, quickly diminishing. No lacing. Aroma: strong earthyand flower, along with yeast, citrus and spices. Taste: Strong citrus, along with yeast, flower, malt. Mostly sweet, with slight bitterness. Good balance. Medium bodied. Good carbonation. Refreshing and enjoyable.
