Verre de dégustation, provenant d’un fût, dégusté au Festival Bières et Saveurs 2010 (Chambly, QC). Arôme: Odeur floral avec une pointe d’herbes. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle avec une très faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût floral avec une pointe d’agrumes et d’herbes. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement aqueuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Bouteille341 ml. App: Très claire, doré pâle. Léger collet blanc Arôme: bonne variété: agrumes, herbes, fleurs, piment. Goût assez amer. Bonne carbonatation. Composition équilibrée. Finale sèche Une bière correcte, quoiqu’un peu décevante. Bottle 341 ml. App: Clear, light golden. Aroma: great variety: citrus, flowers, peppers. Medium bitterness. Good carbonatation. Well balanced. Dry finished. A fairly good beer, although a little disappointing

clear blond with a large white head. Aroma is earthy, peppery, herbs and flowery. Light body with soft carbonation. In mouth is flower, herbs and cereal.

Bottle that I took to a small tasting with Max, Paul, and Andy. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a thin white head. Herbal and minty, soft musk on the nose. Medium bodied, herbal and slightly lemony. Finishes with a touch of crisp grain and a bit more herbal notes.

Bottle. 341ml. Pours very clear, pale gold. "Almost" water-like. Not much head. Aroma is of flowers. Tastes flowers, hops. Crisp finish. Very drinkable and refreshing. "Clear" lack of complexity. Gives the impression of a cold chamomilla herbal tea. I do lie the flowers, but that’s really all that beer’s got.

Bottle [341ml] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus -- c/o HogTownHarry. Pours a slightly cloudy very pale gold with an average size lasting frothy white head. Odd aroma of lemon, ginger, sugar, grain and floral notes. Watery flavour of herbs, ginger, honey, floral notes and lemon. Light bodied. Not bad but nothing special.

341ml bottle shared with blankboy and garthicus. Very pale clear gold with a small and diminishing white fizzy/rocky head. Aroma of Chablis, dried flowers, a hint of cinnamon and maybe a bit of bug spray. Taste - floral, grassy light golden ale with a dash of pear - clean but sort of dull. Light body, strong carbonation, quick finish with a decent if slightly gritty fresh grassy finish. Meh.

This was ok. The herbal character is very mild, accompanied with a slightly grassy malt caracter. It was very lightly carbonated, which I did not mind but others might.

Bouteille 341 ml. 5.8% Couleur jaune, mousse blanche. Arôme d’agrume et coriandre. Goût de coriandre et épices. Finale avec un peu d’épices. Correct
