 Quack-Duck (1973), Bodensee, Germany
Dec 29, 2007 bottle. Clear pale yellow, meidum-size head. Malty with grassy hops and a rather dry mouthfeel. Well balanced, not too sweet, medium carbonation which produces a pleasant mouthfeel. My first beer from Estonia.

Jun 17, 2008 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a firm mid-sized foamy whit head. Light-sweet and slightly doughy malty nose with shy hints of grassy hops. Light-sweet flavour with a faint bitter touch, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Doughy and strawy malty base; a bit slim, slightly sweet, malt-accented finish with a whiff of grassy and herbal hops. Clean, but also a bit boring Lager (16.06.08).

Jan 20, 2008 500ml Bottle- Golden coloured with a white head. The aroma is grassy with a very subtle hoppiness and hint of citrus. The taste is malty and pleasant to drink but it is all a bit too boring.
