The taste is fruity-sweet, a bit alcoholic. In the aftertaste also alcoholic-dry. Drinkable but not very interesting. 7/8/8/8/10/8

Very nice. Not really like a standar Bock but fine commercial one. Quite strong but not tiring with nice head and aroma.

Ljust gul. Vitt skum med stora bubblor som snabbt försvinner. Doft av hö, gräs och majs. Mycket alkohol i smaken. I övrigt tunn. Tur man visste att detta inte var en Dubbelbock. Annars hade man blivit djupt besviken.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2012 0.5l bottle, 7% abv. Clear golden color. Small white head, disappears quickly. Aroma is sweet malt. Nice sweet taste, corn. You can feel the alcohol, but it doesn’t show in a taste.

Golden color with small white head. Sweet malty aroma. Even this beer is ice cold, its too strong of alcohol and bad.

Gyllengul med stort vitt skum. Arom: svagt av citrus, mer av gräs. Smak: vingummi och gräs, alkoholen slår igenom. Ingen öl jag springer livet ur mig för.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2011 Bottled, 0.5l. Clear yellow colour, thin white head with average carbonation. Malty aroma, with hints of brandy and light hops. Sweet malty taste with strong alcoholic note. Surprisingly it left me relatively bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied, slick texture and lively carbonation. Almost average...

7.0% ABV 500 ml bottle. Pale straw coloured pour with a thin white head. The aroma is fairly light with no really obvious sweet character nor the nasty sort of phenolics that I would typically associate with these. A little bit of apple flavour along with a touch of moderate sweetness. Pretty light and smooth with a little bit more punch than is typical, but it’s not the malt liquor craptasticness I was expecting. Decent actually.

Citric aroma. Very light colour. Well balanced taste. Pleaseant palate, alcohol content doesn’t ruin this. I’m no fan of strong pale beer but this one did qualify.

3/4 of a 500ml bottle from Regalia, Tallinn- the rest leaked into my luggage. Bock?! Surely so called only because it rhymes. Brilliant pale gold with a white skim. Marzipan, plum brandy, cut grass aroma. Light lemony lager with hints of grass, alcohol glow, rubber, marzipan and.. refuse. Biscuit in the aftertaste. Inoffensive, but if I could have chosen any of the beers I brought home to be sacrificed to the baggage handlers, it would have been this one.
