Imperial Gold is a premium lager with a rich and full-bodied taste. The valuable malt delivered from Scotland gives it a deep golden colour and a thick head. The taste and appearance of A. Le Coq Imperial Gold are as worthy of royal attention today as they ever were.

Clear yellow and expectable top, bread and chewing gum on the nose, perhaps a sugerless watery chewing gum taste with bitter notes that dominate at the end. Depends on the price, if on sale, its decent with a nice looking bottle.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a dense, finger-thick white head. The aroma is rather grassy and grainy, with a fruity touch. Hints of peaches. The flavor is rather sweet, with peaches, cellar, grass and grains. Nice bitterness too. Semi-dry on the palate, with a decent carbonation. Lasting bitter, grassy finish with a peachy touch. Decent, boring. 150314
