0,5l plastic bottle. Clear brown color. Very small head, disappears quickly. Sweet malts, bread in aroma. Not as sweet as I expected. And it’s good. Medium carbonation, dark plums, caramel. Refreshing. Good kvassi.

1lt Plastic Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours brown with no head. Fizzy. Sweet aroma and taste of rye bread, some caramel and sugar. Quite a unique taste. Refreshing.

Clear medium to dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, caramel, dark bread. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, bread, cold coffee bitter notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Bottle, 1 liter PET. A clear, brown drink with a little off-white head. Lots of rye bread, a good dash of dried fruits and some caramel on the nose. Sweet, fruity and bready flavor, quite tasteful actually. Thin on the palate. A quite pleasant kvass, sort of soda-like, but quite nice anyway. 110820
