Apr 1, 2003 A dark redbrown beer with a small fine head. The aroma is sweet, malty, and perfumated. The flavor is very sweet,only slightly smoked, and slightly bitter. It doesn't have the flavor nor the body of a porter in my universe. Pretty watery for a porter. A boring beer. It's not a bad beer - just not a porter - it would be OK if it was a Vienna style.

Apr 22, 2005 Updated: Jun 16, 2005(Bottle 50 cl) Sort of a "historic" Baltic Porter put back into production i 1999. Dark reddish brown rather than porter-black, pretty light brown head. Dry and bitterish but not very fullbodied. Michael Jackson claims that this new version of the beer is more of a dark lager than a porter and I tend to agree. 250903
