Golden colour with only little head. Very basic with aroma of grains and sweet malts. Pretty much the same with the flavour. Has just a bit more body than your average pale lager. Just a bit of bitter hoppiness in the finish. Medium carbonated. Something you might want to try if you are thirsty.

500 ml can. Rated @ 6.6.2010.
Pours a clear golden colour with a white head. Grainy malts on the nose. Dull flavour of sweet malts and mild hops. Watery mouthfeel. Basic pale lager.

50 cl can. Pale golden colour. Thin and fast diminishing head. Sweetish starchy aroma. Grassy hoppiness is barely noticable. Sweetish starchy flavor with minor bready tones. Watery finish with almost no hops. At least it is quite clean. It has more body than your average Finnish bulk lager and it is a bit sweeter too. Light to medium bodied, slightly sharp mouthfeel. As a quick thirst felief this might just work.

Finally I got hold of the legendary liquid gold frpm Tallinn. It pours clear golden with a great sparkling carbonation. Very light white watery head. Aroma is typical macro lager malt with a touch of metal and acid. Flavor is very light and fresh with mild malt and no hops. Simple and easy going on a hot summer day.

Can. Another over-marketed Estonian macro lager. Pale yellow body with a soapy head. Grainy and metallic aroma. The taste is cabbage and grains. Nothing to write home about. Oh wait... this is home. Bummer.

Keg (Anywhere, Tallinn)
Classic bland lager. Pale, fizzy. Nondescript aroma. Lightly bready taste, almost no hops. They’ve filtered anything interesting out of it, but fortunately have ensured nothing nasty remains too. By heck I was thirsty when I had this at the Maritime days last week, and it certainly did do the job required of it.
